Lisa Trigg

Lisa is a Research Fellow at LSE Health and Social Care and is currently working on the FP7 European Union Cross Border Care Collaboration Project, conducting research into long-term care for older people with five country partners.  Lisa’s interests are in the quality of long-term care, public reporting and user feedback, choice and decision-making, best practice and quality improvement.

She has an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing jointly awarded by the LSE and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and an MSc in International Development from the University of Bath.  She is currently studying for a PhD in Social Policy, comparing international approaches to quality in long-term care.  Before her postgraduate studies and joining the LSE, Lisa spent sixteen years working in management and consulting roles in sectors including financial services, telecommunications and health care.
