Clara works at the Personal Social Services Research Unit (PSSRU) at the University of Kent and since March 2013 has lead the Maximising the Value of Survey Data in Adult Social Care (MAX) project. This project is funded by the Department of Health and aims to find ways to support local authority (LA) use of data from the Adult Social Care Survey (ASCS) and Personal Social Services Survey of Carers in England (PSS SACE) to drive improvements in outcomes for local service users and carers. Clara is also part of the ASCOT team and is a member of the Quality and Outcomes of person-centred Care Policy Research Unit (QORU).
