Jenny is a researcher within the Health Services Research Unit, University of Oxford, and is currently working on an evaluation of the Better Care Fund for the Department of Health. Prior to joining the team Jenny was Research Fellow at the Health Services Management Centre, University of Birmingham. Previously she was a Programme Manager for the National Care Forum for the Department of Health Voluntary Sector Strategic Partnership Programme and held an ESRC-funded research internship at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations. She completed her PhD at the University of Bath in 2012. She is interested in health and social care policy and has a particular interest in the role of the third sector.
